Terms of Service
▶ My ToS is subject to the change at any time, however, you agree to the ToS version when your order was placed and processed. My prices are also subject to change at any time, you will not be charged more during your commission if my prices change.▶ Please discuss with me if you need a commission done by a particular date. Otherwise I will be working on your commission like a Queue, I will let you know where you are in that que. If I forget to say you can prod me for it.▶ Bigger commissions that are $70+ can be paid 50 upfront and 50 at the end.▶ I (the artist) retain the right to post all artwork I produce on my various platforms.▶ I retain the right to refuse a commission that violates my ToS or it is something I can not/will not draw.▶ You (the commissioner) can use your commission for personal purposes; as an icon, for your blog, or printed for your wall.▶ You may not use general commissioned pieces for commercial use such as for your company, merch, brand, NFT, or AI.
Ordering Process
▶ It's best to put your commission in an email with all your reference pictures attached. My DMs are open for questions and communication.

> I ask for email so I can send the high quality version of your commission to you, as DMs will compress the image. But I can work around not having an email, don't worry.▶ All payment is taken upfront via Paypal, using the invoice feature, unless discussed otherwise. Such as: filled a form and payment via ko-fi website.
I take USD only, and my prices are set to USD▶ I will send WIP after the initial sketch, lineart, and base colors. You can always ask for a WIP shot during your commission.▶ Edits have to be made before the final product. Unless I got something entirely wrong (ex. character detail) there will be no charge to the edit. Edits after the finished product are subject to extra charge.▶ From sketch to finish, estimated time 1 commission will take is 1-2 months, this is to give leeway to my fatigue or health. However there will probably be 2 commissions running at once during that time. Again you may contact me for updates anytime, but note that frequent pings will not make me go faster on your commission.▶ Payment must be given in full before high quality version is sent to you.
Refunds
▶ All commissions cancelled by me (the artist) will receive a full refund, no questions asked.▶ Commissions cancelled by the client may be subject to a partial refund. It will be based on how much work is done; if no work has been done a full refund will be given.▶ If you need to cancel, please let me know first.

Heavy gore: seen entrails, skinning, depicted acts of mutilation (sorry I'm just a squeemish artist)

Edits after finish
I try to provide enough time and good sketches for revisions but if I forgot something (missing jewelry, marking, color) that's on me and is not extra.If there is something extra you want to add, each edit will be an added 10% of price if made after finishing the piece. This price is subject to change depending on the complexity of what you wish to add.
